Je komt terecht bij onze klant in Schoten, waar we kwalitatief hoogstaande antivries- en koelvloeistoffen produceren en verpakken. Deze vloeistoffen zijn een essentieel onderdeel van koelsystemen in auto- en industriële toepassingen.\n\nTakenpakket:\n- Alle gegevens – op papier en digitaal – over etiketten, batchnummers, densiteit, tank, enz. worden gecontroleerd.\n- Het software-systeem wordt geraadpleegd om te controleren of het af te vullen eindproduct beschikbaar is en de gegevens worden vergeleken met de afvulorder.\n- De printerparameters worden ingesteld voor de bedrukking.\n- De lijn wordt klaargemaakt voor de start door de juiste verpakkingsmaterialen aan te leveren.\n- Het afvulproces wordt gestart.\n- Ombouwen worden uitgevoerd tussen de verschillende orders.\n- Alles wordt met argusogen opgevolgd.\n- De lijn wordt gesuperviseerd en er wordt bijgesprongen waar nodig.\n- De werkplaats wordt opgeruimd en afval wordt verwijderd. - Vaardigheden:\nJe werkt nauwkeurig en houdt van orde en netheid.\nJe hebt kennis over afvullijnen en controlesystemen.\nJe hebt basiskennis van mechanica en logistiek.\nJe hebt ervaring met communicatietechnieken.\nJe hebt nieuwsgierigheid naar ons bedrijf, onze producten en procedures.\nJe hebt kennis van courante en bedrijfsspecifieke software.\nJe bent flexibel que uren en sporadisch zal je mee een late shift (MA – DO:14h – 22h / VR: 11h – 18h) bemannen.\n\n- Attesten:\nHeftruckattest.\n\n- Opleidingsvereisten:\nDiploma hoger technisch middelbaar onderwijs of een gelijkwaardige ervaring.\n\n- Vakkennis:\nErvaring in een gelijkaardige functie.\n\n- Talenkennis:\nNederlands.\n\nJob location\n\n2900 SCHOTEN , Arrondissement of Antwerp - Belgium\n\nJob requirements\nLanguages\nDutch  (B1 - Intermediate)\nEmployer\nName\nASAP.be NV | ASAP.be NV\nSector\nActivities of employment placement agencies\nLegal ID\n0434259595\nRemuneration\nOther benefits\nJe ontvangt een marktconform loon van 27€ met maaltijdcheques.\nDe periode van tewerkstelling zal lopen tot einde van dit jaar. • Check all data (paper and digital) for labels, batch numbers, density, and tanks. Consult software to verify product availability and compare with filling orders. Set printer parameters. Prepare the filling line with correct packaging materials. Start and supervise the filling process. Perform changeovers between orders. Monitor operations closely. Clean the workshop and remove waste.

• Accurate work with attention to order and cleanliness. Knowledge of filling lines and control systems. Basic knowledge of mechanics and logistics. Experience with communication techniques. Knowledge of common and company-specific software. Flexibility to work occasional late shifts (Mon-Thu: 2 PM-10 PM, Fri: 11 AM-6 PM). Forklift certificate. Diploma in higher technical secondary education or equivalent experience. Experience in a similar role. Dutch language proficiency (B1 level).

• Market-competitive wage of 27€ per hour with meal vouchers. Employment period until the end of the year, with evaluation for potential extension.
