• Daily support to partners and sales team via phone and email. Coordination and follow-up of partner requests with other departments. Communication and promotion of products, rates, promotions to partners. Ensuring customer satisfaction. Preliminary validation of credit communications and advertisements with Legal & Communication teams. Creating presentations and reports to support Management and sales team. Management and follow-up of a portfolio of potential partners for loyalty and increased production. Testing and publishing new rates. Competitive analysis of rates and credit offerings.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience. Good expertise in MS Office. Familiarity with various IT tools. Knowledge of Cognos is a plus. Interest in finance and banking (products). Commercial orientation. Strong communicator, diplomatic and customer-oriented. French (B2 - Upper intermediate). Dutch (B2 - Upper intermediate). Bachelor or equivalent level.
