Dit doe je in een eerste periode via telefoon, mail en chat. Op die manier speel je een actieve rol in het virtuele banklandschap. Op termijn sta je ook klanten face to face te woord vanuit het kantoor in regio Gent.\n\nDit laat je toe om de sterktes van face2face contacten en remote werken te combineren.\n\nDagelijks analyseer je de vragen van de klanten en zoek je naar oplossingen. Daarnaast detecteer je ook commerciële opportuniteiten en stel je geschikte producten voor aan jouw klanten.\n\nJouw topprioriteit als Banking Officer is optimale klantentevredenheid.\n\nEen bachelor-, of masterdiploma? • Serve as the point of contact for private and professional customers. Assist customers with questions regarding their accounts, payment transactions, credit cards, and bank cards via phone, email, and chat initially, and later face-to-face from the Ghent office. Analyze customer inquiries daily and find solutions. Detect commercial opportunities and propose suitable products to customers. Ensure optimal customer satisfaction.

• Fluency in Dutch (B2 level). Bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent level. Passion for a rapidly changing digital (banking) environment. Entrepreneurial, customer-oriented, and committed attitude. Enjoy working with customers and possess a commercial drive. Openness to a flexible schedule, including one Saturday per month. Ability to travel to Brussels for training periods. Ability to work well in a collegial atmosphere that blends constructive collaboration and independence.

• Intensive 7-week training program in Brussels, followed by a 6-week commercial on-the-job training. Dynamic work environment with a warm, collegial atmosphere.
