Als IT Services Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het optimaliseren van IT-diensten. Je zorgt voor een betrouwbare werking van IT-infrastructuur en applicaties, ondersteunt gebruikers en werkt mee aan technische projecten om de dienstverlening continu te verbeteren. Monitoren van systemen en infrastructuur om performance en beschikbaarheid te waarborgen. Analyseren en oplossen van technische incidenten en verzoeken. Ondersteunen van gebruikers bij technische vragen en problemen. Uitvoeren van updates, patches en beveiligingsmaatregelen. Documenteren van processen, procedures en incidenten.
