Your primary responsibility is to train our customers to use a Xeikon digital printing machine to maximise the productivity and quality of their production output. After extensive training, you will also provide application support, print consultancy, media scripting services, and training for the customer’s pre-press and production staff. Additionally, your hardware, software, and application expertise will be necessary in second-line service as part of the HQ Customer Support team.
