The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing 2nd level operational support across multiple sites, managing the lifecycle of leased computers, and maintaining our ServiceNow system. This role is on-site with some flexibility for remote work Key skills 5+ years of experience in IT and system engineering Strong foundation in IT support and networking.
