Your RoleIn your role of System Administrator, you will work on the maintenance, performance and availability of the IT infrastructure and applications within Bingoal, both on site and in our data center. As part of the ICT department, you will play a key role in supporting the team and business in IT related projects. Specifically, your main responsibilities will include:Managing the infrastructure security involving firewalls upgrade and configuration, Cloudflare configuration, certificates, database accesses, monitoring, ...Managing the virtual machines that are necessary to run Bingoal's web applications by creating new machines, coordinating OS upgrades, managing network configurations, balancing dev/staging/prod environments, monitoring and alerting, ...Managing the physical machines...

Uw missie Na een inloopperiode bent u het aanspreekpunt voor klanten en spelers van Bingoal. Als Customer Service Agent: beantwoordt u per telefoon en/of e-mail praktische en technische vragen (het aanmaken van een account, spelprocedures, ...) van klanten en spelers  luistert u aandachtig, communiceert u respectvol en zoekt u proactief naar oplossingen om een kwalitatieve en vlotte afhandeling te garanderen aan de klanten en spelers coördineert u, wanneer nodig, met de verschillende afdelingen (IT, marketing, ...)  draagt u bij tot de voortdurende verbetering van de dienstverlening aan klanten en spelers en de werking van het team   Uw profiel U hecht veel belang aan klantentevredenheid en de kwaliteit van de service U bent stressbestendig, kan snel handelen en blijft in alle omstandighed...
