PROJECTCOURAGEOUS² is a DG-HOME-funded project enhancing EU Law Enforcement Agencies' (LEA) capabilities to detect, track, and neutralize non-cooperative drones. Building on the original COURAGEOUS project, it expands efforts to harmonize C-UAS testing methodologies and align EU regulatory frameworks.The consortium includes 17 partners from 11 countries¿among them 9 LEAs, JRC, INTERPOL, standardization bodies, and academic institutions. PROJECTSORIGAMI (DrOne swaRm navIgation in Gnss-degraded And non-perMissive envIronments) is a major European defence R&D initiative aiming to develop autonomous drone swarms capable of operating in hostile, GPS-denied, and communication-contested environments. The ORIGAMI researcher will lead the development of the command-and-control interface of a semi-autonomous drone fleet and the integration & testing of these systems and will contribute to the development and integration of distributed swarm behaviours and GNSS-free navigation systems.
