Description The Dispatcher Planner is responsible for effectively managing the day-to-day scheduling, routing, and dispatching of technical field engineers. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks. The Dispatcher Planner acts as the key point of contact between technicians, helpdesk , and business partners. You are the first point of contact and act as filter between business and engineers.
