In deze functie stuurt u in eerste instantie het projectteam aan. Uw eerste doelstelling is de realisatie van het contractueel vastgelegde project binnen vastgelegde budgetten en tijdschema en het tevreden stellen van de klant. U doet dit tijdens de volledige projectduur, in alle fasen van engineering / bouw / opstart / oplevering (ca. 30 maand). U beheerst het project in al zijn aspecten, zowel technisch als contractueel. U bent regelmatig op de site voor besprekingen met de klant en om de werken op te volgen. De bestaande installatie moet blijven functioneren tijdens de werken en als project manager dient u oplossingsgericht te denken om de werking van de bestaande installatie tijdens alle fases van de bouw te garanderen.
