What we are looking for: As a Sushi Chef, you will be responsible for the entire preparation process, from A to Z. This includes making sushi rice, cutting fish, preparing ingredients, and crafting a variety of sushi dishes such as nigiri, maki, California rolls, special rolls, tartares, ceviche, and more. You have extensive experience working with fish and seafood and possess excellent knife skills to cut and prepare these ingredients with precision. Hygiene and safety are your top priorities.
