In close collaboration with the Calidris Bio team, you will play a central role in the development of the production process and the evaluation of the products’ functional and physiological properties. You will focus on creatively optimizing solutions to ensure their success. - Master or professional Bachelor degree in Food technology (or Life Sciences with experience in Food technology) - Broad interest in process technology i.e. fermentation processes, purification and assessment of functional and physiological properties - Strong collaborative and organizational skills - Ability to work autonomously - Hands-on mentality and the ability to deal with technical challenges - Good communication skills and a good knowledge of English.
