Deze cirkel is terug te vinden in elk segment, dus ook in de organisatie van de klassen\n\nWe kiezen heel bewust voor de theorie van meervoudige intelligentie, omdat deze theorie zo hard benadrukt dat intelligentie meer is dan de louter cognitieve invalshoek.\n\nJe bent dus sterk in differentiatie en op maat werken van de leerling. Je ziet de noden en bent een kei om leerlingen uit te dagen op hun maat met succeservaring als gevolg.\n\nJe komt terecht in een bruisend team die er elke dag wil staan voor het beste uit onze leerlingen te halen. Het team leerlingbegeleiding ondersteunen het team en de orthopedagogen begeleiden en ondersteunen de leerkrachten\n\nJe bent werkzaam in de opleidingsfase van de afdeling schilder behanger. Je leert de basisvaardigheden aan. Je leert leerlingen om te gaan met de veiligheidsvoorschriften van het vak.\n\nJe hebt ook oog voor het emotioneel welzijn van de leerlingen. Je speelt vlot in op de noden van de leerlingen. Je werkt in een gedreven team die er alles aan doet om de leerlingen door middel van kleine succeservaring te blijven motiveren voor het vak en het naar school komen. Je neemt leerlingen mee in hun evaluatie en verwerkt dit administratief op het schoolplatform Smartschool. • Teach the subject of Vocational Training (BGV) in painting for the training phase in the OV3 department. Teach basic skills and safety regulations of the painting and wallpapering profession. Work tailored to students, differentiate instruction, and challenge students at their individual level to create successful experiences. Monitor and support the emotional well-being of students and respond to their needs. Involve students in their evaluation process and handle related administrative tasks on the Smartschool platform. Participate in class councils to provide supportive advice on student learning and emotional-social functioning. Collaborate within a team dedicated to student motivation and success.

• Proficiency in Dutch at an upper intermediate (B2) level. Strong ability in differentiated instruction and tailoring education to individual student needs. Skill in identifying student needs and challenging them appropriately. Competence in teaching vocational skills and safety regulations in painting/wallpapering. Ability to support the emotional well-being of students. Administrative skills for using the Smartschool platform for evaluations. Ability to work collaboratively in a team. Upper secondary education level qualification. Relevant teaching qualification for the subject and educational level (as per the linked competency requirements).

• Position within the municipal administration of Ghent (Stad Gent GEMEENTE). Part-time work schedule (7 hours per week, concentrated on Mondays). Fixed-term contract with a specified start and end date. Support from a student guidance team and educational psychologists.
