Dan is deze functie iets voor jou!\n\nAls Shop Representative ben jij het gezicht van onze winkel. Je zorgt ervoor dat klanten met de juiste producten en een glimlach buitengaan. Je combineert verkoop en advies met een goed gevoel voor orde, service en organisatie.\n\nWat je doet:\n\nJe verwelkomt klanten, luistert naar hun behoeften en geeft gepast technisch of commercieel advies.\nJe promoot acties en stimuleert extra verkoop via cross-selling.\nJe verwerkt bestellingen, retouren en kassahandelingen correct en nauwkeurig.\nJe beheert de voorraad, vult schappen bij en zorgt dat de winkel er altijd verzorgd en aantrekkelijk uitziet.\nJe volgt product- en systeemtrainingen op en deelt je kennis met het team.\nJe houdt toezicht op kasgeld, veiligheid en de dagelijkse winkelorganisatie.\n\nKortom: een afwisselende rol waarin klantgerichtheid, verantwoordelijkheid en commercieel inzicht samenkomen.\n\nNaast een gezonde dosis humor en resultaatgerichtheid, zien we graag nog een paar andere kwaliteiten in jou terug.\n\nJe hebt minstens een diploma secundair onderwijs. • Welcome customers, listen to their needs, and provide appropriate technical or commercial advice. Promote actions and stimulate additional sales through cross-selling. Process orders, returns, and cash register transactions correctly and accurately. Manage inventory, restock shelves, and ensure the store always looks neat and attractive. Follow product and system trainings and share knowledge with the team. Oversee cash, safety, and daily store organization.

• At least a secondary education diploma. Customer-focused and commercially oriented. Reliable and able to keep agreements. Interest in retail and affinity with technical products. Ability to work well independently. Good sense of order, service, and organization. Results-oriented with a healthy dose of humor.
