You deliver a creative contribution to the development of our new machines and sub systems.\n\nYou follow a structured Machine Engineering Process for system or subsystem concept, design, integration and validation.You ensure the required functionality of the machine with attention to performance, cost, reliability, sustainability, manufacturability, ergonomics, maintenance, safety, …. You perform analysis of machine and sensorial data to drive innovation and present these data-driven insights and conclusions to stakeholders.You deliver a project documentation package in which all the engineering aspects are incorporated and the transfer of knowledge in the organization is guaranteed.\n\n\n\nPROFIEL\n\n\nYour profile\n\nVACANCY\n\nYou have a Master Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronic Engineering. • Responsible for innovation projects from concept design to market readiness. Contribute creatively to the development of new machines and subsystems. Follow a structured Machine Engineering Process for concept, design, integration, and validation. Ensure machine functionality with attention to performance, cost, reliability, sustainability, manufacturability, ergonomics, maintenance, and safety. Analyze machine and sensor data to drive innovation and present insights to stakeholders. Deliver comprehensive project documentation to incorporate engineering aspects and guarantee knowledge transfer within the organization.

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronic Engineering. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineer. Proficiency with CAD software. Experience with programming (Python, Matlab) for data processing and system modeling is advantageous. Excellent communication skills. Ability to adhere to schedules and communicate modifications proactively. Results-oriented with strong analytical and creative thinking skills. Capable of working independently and as part of a team. Hands-on mentality. Fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch and German is a significant advantage.
