• Leading various construction projects from A to Z. Working on new construction and renovation projects (logistics buildings, retail, offices, production environments, SME buildings). Ensuring planning, organization, and contacts with external parties and internal colleagues. Acting as the contact person between architect, client, and subcontractor. Organizing site meetings. Solving problems that arise during construction work.

• Minimum bachelor's degree in civil engineering. At least 5 years of experience. Ability to work with the Office package and AutoCAD. Broad technical insight. Leadership and organizational skills. Possession of a category B driver's license.

• 40-hour work week. Entitlement to 12 ADV days per year. Attractive remuneration based on experience and competencies.
