You will be working closely with other operational and network technical teams. Therefore teamwork, ability to work proactively and self-learning skills are essential for the role.\n\nProactively monitor systems and infrastructure in scope (from network and infrastructure components, voice communication systems to mission critical systems);\nManaging alerts raised by monitoring systems according to internal procedures;\nApply procedures to restore systems and services and take part in planned and unplanned interventions;\nProvide first line support to internal and external customers via phone, email and walk-in;\nReport, document and follow up incidents/tasks in the appropriate tools;\nPerform scheduled health checks of IT components, scheduled contingency tests and disaster recovery exercises;\nReview technical documentation and contribute to the on-going improvement of the working procedures;\nWork autonomously in shifts in a 24*7 environment (shift rotation, on call, etc.);\n1+ year of experience on Networking specific Support (focus on Monitoring activities);\nGood knowledge of network topologies (LAN/WAN) and operating experience in TCP;\nExperience with networking monitoring tools and ability to efficiently troubleshoot monitoring alerts and identify root causes;\nGood knowledge of Unix/Linux/Windows;\nExperience with Ticketing Tools and standard Office applications;\nGood understanding of infrastructure support;\nAbility to strictly follow operating procedures and manuals, strong sense of customer service;\nAbility to read, write and speak English is mandatory;\nAbility to work in a shift work environment.
