• Run your own office as an independent franchisee. Analyze client situations and create personal financial plans. Advise and negotiate on loans, insurance, pension planning, and capital accumulation. Manage client files from start to finish and build long-term relationships.

• Bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in economics or finance. Experience in the banking or insurance sector. Strong communication skills. Entrepreneurial spirit and desire to work independently. Client-focused approach.
