• As the chef, you are the captain of the kitchen. You direct, determine the course to be taken, and contribute to open communication and a good atmosphere. You lead the team in preparing dishes according to the recipes. You occasionally dive into the inventory and take action in case of deviations. You monitor food safety, hygiene, and general safety in the kitchen. Together with your colleagues, you ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen and equipment. You work according to HACCP regulations.

• You have a passion for cooking and strive for perfection. You have relevant work experience and/or education. You know how to lead a kitchen/event. You have fluent Dutch language skills. You highly value independence. You are stress-resistant and have a positive attitude. You are punctual and have an eye for detail.
