• Managing and optimizing the vehicle fleet, including maintenance, cost management, and operational efficiency. Establishing, analyzing, and improving processes within garages for consistent quality and workflow. Leading garage teams, coordinating planning and daily operations after an induction period. Reporting performance and improvements to the CEO, and aligning with site directors.

• Several years of experience in a similar technical role. Hands-on mentality with leadership qualities. Good knowledge of Dutch and French.
