• Provide excellent customer service to passengers from diverse cultures in a team environment. Ensure passenger safety and comfort during flights. Adapt to various situations and work with different people and locations. Meet all safety requirements including reaching emergency equipment.

• Minimum 1 year of hospitality or customer service experience. Positive attitude and excellent service orientation. High school graduate (Grade 12). Fluency in written and spoken English (additional languages are advantageous). Minimum height of 160 cm with arm reach of 212 cm on tiptoes. No visible tattoos while in uniform. Ability to adapt to new environments and situations.
